This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vive International ("Company" or "we") for the use of Aspiro (the "Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Vive International grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vive International and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Vive International may, from time to time, provide updates to the Application. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Application.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Vive International. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vive International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea.
